Paid Time Off (PTO)

All employees begin accruing PTO on their first day and are eligible for several paid holidays within 90 days of employment.

401K Retirement Plan

All full-time employees are eligible for the Belnick 401(k) retirement plan. Belnick will match up to 4% of your salary when you contribute 5%.
